Structure
AKSS is democratic in nature where the apex body is consists of twenty seven members, Advisory board and Governing body members including President, Secretary General, Joint Secretary, Finance Secretary and others. The General body is the supreme body of the organization and Governing body is the executants body of the organization and responsible for the progress and development of the organization. The president is the head of the policy making process and presides over all the meetings. He/ She is the chairperson and all necessary activities will be executed under his supreme direction and He/ She performs primarily constitutional responsibilities. The president approves the distributed portfolios of office bears as per the suggestions .The Secretary General is chief executive of the organization and solely responsible for day to day management, execution, administration and law forming of the organization with prior authorization of Governing body. The Secretary General is competent to appoint staff and can take disciplinary action when necessary for the development of the organization. No transaction shall be made without approval of the Secretary General and He/ She is authorized to sign documents, MoU and proposals on behalf of the organization. In absence of the Secretary General, Joint Secretary or any member of organization will act as Secretary General.
Advisory Board
The advisory board of the organization is the respective body of the organization. The body is comprises of technically competent people from diverse backgrounds having experience and expertise. The advisory board can review, monitor and evaluate the programme time to time and suggest the President, Secretary General and Executive Body for the development of the organization.
